Orders
Orders can also be placed without registration.
Only business customers can place orders from Germany.

Prices
The prices listed in the online shop are in euro, per piece or pack, exclusive of the statutory VAT (at 19%) and, if applicable, shipping costs.
Customers from EU countries with a VAT ID no. are quoted net prices (without 19% VAT).
Customers from Switzerland and Lichtenstein are quoted net prices (without 19% VAT).

Payment options
We offer the following payment options:
Cash on pick-up (we offer a 3% discount) – payment in advance (2% discount) – payment via PayPal (incl. credit card, direct debit) – Sofortüberweisung instant transfer service – payment by invoice (only for regular customers).
We only offer customers in the EU and Switzerland payment in advance, or via Sofortüberweisungor PayPal. After placing an order in the online shop, you will immediately receive a pro forma invoice.

Shipment information

We only deliver packageable goods to the countries listed below. Articles labelled as Spedition  are cargo goods that are only delivered to the countries listed under “cargo delivery”.

Please enquire about cargo deliveries to other countries.

The individual shipment options can be selected during the order process. Some options might be unavailable for certain products or countries.

- Deliveries to islands may require an extra surcharge.
- Delivery is generally only to the first door on the ground floor.
- It is unfortunately not possible to ship to Packstations (self-service parcel collection booths).
- Most products can be picked up in Stuttgart (by prior appointment via telephone).

Transport damages
Please inspect packages for damage upon receipt. In case of any obvious damage, raise a complaint immediately with the delivery agent and state on the delivery note: “subject to inspection”. Please contact us immediately afterwards.

Delivery within Germany
We offer the following delivery options (can be selected during the order process):

Delivery option: Parcel delivery D
Standard delivery time: 3–4 days. The shipment cost depends on the order amount and is €4.90 for orders up to €150 and €8.30 for orders over €150.

Delivery option: Express delivery D     
Delivery time 1–2 days. The cost is €14.90.
Only for parcel deliveries within Germany.

Delivery option: Cargo delivery D*
Shipment option for large or heavy products. 
Standard delivery time 4–7 days. The shipping cost is €29.90.

Parcel delivery to Switzerland (Liechtenstein)

Any costs incurred through customs or Swiss VAT shall be borne by the buyer and are collected by the transport company upon delivery. Please contact us for cargo deliveries to Switzerland.
Delivery option: Parcel delivery Switzerland
Delivery time approx. 4–6 days. The shipment cost is €19.90 for orders up to €200 and €29.90 for orders of €200 and over.

Parcel delivery to EU countries
Delivery option: Parcel delivery EU 1*
For the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.
Standard delivery time 3–5 days. The shipment cost is €12.90. 

Delivery option: Parcel delivery EU 2*
For the following countries: Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain, Hungary.
Standard delivery time 3–5 days. The shipment cost is €16.90. 

Cargo delivery to EU countries
Delivery options: Cargo delivery EU 1*(for large or heavy products)
For the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic.
Standard delivery time 4–8 days. The shipment cost is €79.

Delivery option: Cargo delivery EU 2*(for large or heavy products)
For the following countries: Denmark, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary.
Standard delivery time 4–8 days. The shipment cost is €169.

Right of revocation and revocation instructions
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the delivery and without providing reason. The exercise of this right must be made in writing, via e-mail, or by returning the goods. To comply with the notice period, timely dispatch of the goods or notification of the intention to return the goods is sufficient.
The right of revocation shall not apply to goods that have already been used, unless the deterioration of the goods is the sole result of their inspection, as is possible in a retail outlet for example.
The customer shall bear the costs for returns within the 14-day notice period.

We shall reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your notification of revocation and the goods in our warehouse for any payments made. Philipp Vacano reserves the right to lower the reimbursement amount in case of damage to the packaging or depreciation due to use.

The right of revocation shall not apply to goods that serve your commercial or independent professional purposes.

Swiss law does not currently provide any right of revocation for online trade. However, we still offer a 14-day right of revocation with the following limitations: the costs incurred by returning the goods shall be borne by the customer; The reimbursement amount shall be limited to the purchase amount (without shipping costs).
